# Account Success AI Workbench: Twin for Customer Success

> How Twin assembles account context, drafts QBR materials, proposes renewal strategies, and manages delegations in the Account Success domain.

The Account Success AI Workbench is where Twin, your personal AI operator, accelerates CSM work by assembling fragmented context into actionable proposals. Twin reduces research time and surfaces patterns that would otherwise require manual cross-system analysis.

## Context Assembly

When you open an account, Twin pulls together the full narrative from Spine Fabric: recent tickets, usage trends, contract status, stakeholder changes, and prior QBR outcomes. Instead of checking Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, and your inbox separately, you receive a synthesized timeline with highlighted anomalies.

## Proposal Generation

* **Renewal Proposals:** Twin drafts renewal talking points based on usage growth, support history, and comparable account benchmarks. It flags accounts where expansion is more likely than standard renewal.
* **QBR Preparation:** Twin generates agendas by selecting relevant metrics, identifying milestone progress, and suggesting discussion topics based on recent events. It drafts executive summaries for pre-reads.
* **Risk Alerts:** Twin surfaces accounts with deteriorating health and proposes specific interventions: check-in cadence, escalation path, or success plan adjustment.

## Delegation Management

Twin routes tasks to the right agents or human collaborators:

* Escalation drafts go to the Escalation Agent for severity scoring and stakeholder mapping
* Expansion opportunities are shared with the Sales Agent for pipeline handoff
* Success plan updates are delegated to the Planning Agent for milestone validation

## Draft Review Loop

Every Twin proposal appears as a draft for your review. You can accept, edit, or reject before execution. All drafts retain provenance: source signals, reasoning steps, and confidence indicators are visible on inspection.
