# Account Success Integrations: Source Systems and Connectors

> The source systems feeding the Account Success domain and what each provides for unified customer lifecycle management.

The Account Success domain draws data from five primary source systems. Each integration is managed through Spine Fabric connectors that normalize entities, handle authentication, and maintain data freshness.

## Data Mapping

Salesforce accounts and HubSpot companies are unified under the Spine `Account` entity. HubSpot contacts and Salesforce contacts merge into the `Contact` entity with engagement history from both systems. Contract data from Salesforce and billing events from Stripe combine to produce renewal and expansion signals.

## Event Streaming

Product usage data flows through event streams into Spine Fabric. These events power usage trend views, health score computation, and expansion opportunity detection. Usage events are normalized to a common schema regardless of the analytics provider.

## Write-Back

Account Success can write back to source systems through governed capabilities. Opportunity stage updates flow to Salesforce. Ticket creations and updates go to Zendesk. Success plan milestones sync to Gainsight. Every write-back produces a receipt and audit log.
