# Account Success System Flow: Data Through Spine Fabric

> The System Path for Account Success: how data is ingested, normalized, mapped, assembled, projected, and governed for customer lifecycle management.

The Account Success System Flow describes how Spine Fabric processes source data and delivers domain-specific context to CSMs. This is the System Path adapted for the customer lifecycle domain.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Intake">
    Data arrives from Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk, Stripe, and product analytics through webhooks, API polling, and event streams.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Load">
    Raw records are ingested into Spine Fabric staging. Authentication is verified, rate limits are respected, and payload structure is validated.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Normalize">
    Source-specific formats are converted to Spine canonical entities. A Salesforce Account, HubSpot Company, and Stripe Customer resolve into a unified `Account` entity.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Schema Mapping">
    Field-level mappings transform source attributes into Spine properties. Contact roles, opportunity stages, and ticket priorities use standardized vocabularies.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Context Assembly">
    Related entities and events are linked into graphs. An account connects to its contacts, contracts, tickets, usage events, and health score history.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Projection">
    Domain views are computed on demand from the unified graph. Portfolio, at-risk, renewal, and QBR views filter and aggregate by Account Success rules.
  </Step>

  <Step title="OODA">
    Health scores, risk alerts, and opportunity signals are evaluated by domain agents. Orientation rules classify signals into prioritized actions.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Governance">
    Data quality checks, authorization validation, and audit logging ensure every projection and action meets policy requirements.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Execution">
    Governed capabilities write back to source systems. Opportunity updates flow to Salesforce. Tickets sync to Zendesk.
  </Step>

  <Step title="State Update">
    Entity states are updated in Spine Fabric. Event logs, receipts, and continuity records persist for the next cycle.
  </Step>
</Steps>
