# Business Operations Agents: Twin Plus Domain Agents

> The agent network serving Business Operations: Twin, shared Core Agents, and specialized Domain Agents for approvals, vendors, and policies.

The Business Operations domain is served by a network of agents that operate within SpineWorkspace. All agents share the Spine Fabric for context and adhere to governed capabilities.

Twin:

Twin is the personal AI operator for each BizOps practitioner. It assembles dossiers, proposes actions, drafts content, and manages delegations. Twin learns from individual preferences and past decisions to improve relevance over time.

Core Agents (shared across domains):

* Discovery Agent: identifies new operational records, anomalies, and missing data across source systems.
* Triage Agent: prioritizes incoming events by SLA, risk, and business impact.
* Schema Agent: maintains canonical mappings between source system schemas and Spine Fabric entities.

Domain Agents (specialized for Business Operations):

* Approval Agent: routes approval requests, checks policy compliance, and escalates based on thresholds.
* Vendor Agent: monitors vendor lifecycles, surfaces renewal and risk alerts, and proposes due-diligence tasks.
* Policy Agent: tracks policy versions, manages attestation campaigns, and handles exception workflows.
* OKR Agent: aligns objectives with initiatives, checks progress completeness, and drafts status updates.
* Process Agent: analyzes workflow data for bottlenecks and proposes improvement experiments.

Agents communicate through Spine events and handoffs: the Vendor Agent may surface a risk alert, Triage Agent prioritizes it, Twin assembles the dossier, and the Approval Agent handles the resulting contract renewal approval.
