# Business Operations AI Workbench: Twin and Domain Proposals

> How Twin operates inside Business Operations: assembling dossiers, proposing approvals, drafting policy updates, and delegating operational tasks.

In Business Operations, Twin serves as the personal AI operator for BizOps leads and analysts. It does not make unilateral decisions, but it assembles context, surfaces anomalies, proposes next steps, and drafts content for human review.

What Twin does here:

* **Assembly**: when an approval arrives, Twin gathers the requester history, related policy, vendor context, and precedent approvals into a dossier.
* **Proposals**: Twin recommends approve, request changes, or escalate based on SLAs, policy rules, and past decisions.
* **Drafts**: Twin drafts policy updates, vendor risk summaries, and OKR progress commentaries from source data.
* **Delegations**: Twin routes tasks to the right analyst or agent, attaches context, and tracks completion.

Concrete examples:

* A vendor contract is 60 days from renewal. Twin surfaces the contract, spend trend, risk score, and last approval, then proposes a renewal checklist and routes it to the vendor owner.
* An OKR is behind confidence. Twin assembles initiative blockers, recent updates, and resource data, then drafts a concise status update for the lead to review and send.
* A policy exception request arrives. Twin maps it to the policy clause, finds similar past exceptions with outcomes, and drafts a recommendation memo.

Every Twin action is a capability with scope, authorization, and a receipt. It writes back to source systems only after human confirmation or under pre-authorized conditions.
