# Business Operations System Path: From Intake to Projection

> The system path for Business Operations data: how Spine Fabric intakes, normalizes, maps, and projects operational context into the workbench.

The System Flow for Business Operations is the pipeline that moves data from source systems into the Spine Fabric and then into the BizOps workbench. It is the machine counterpart to the human User Path.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Intake">
    Connectors capture events and record changes from Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, Linear, HRIS, and ERP.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Load">
    Raw payloads are landed in Spine with provenance metadata: source, timestamp, and connector version.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Normalize">
    Schema Agent maps each payload to canonical entities: Process, Workflow, Approval, Vendor, Policy, OKR.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Schema Mapping">
    Source fields are mapped to Fabric properties. Custom fields are preserved and tagged for future mapping.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Context Assembly">
    Entity resolution links people, vendors, and records across systems. Relationship traversal builds dossiers.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Projection">
    Authorized views are rendered into the BizOps workbench: Active Initiatives, Pending Approvals, Vendor Portfolio, and others.
  </Step>

  <Step title="OODA">
    Twin and agents observe the projected state, orient by priority, decide on actions, and act through capabilities.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Governance">
    Every capability invocation is authorized, scoped, and logged. Audit receipts are generated and stored.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Execution">
    Approved actions write back to source systems via connectors with transactional consistency where supported.
  </Step>

  <Step title="State Update">
    Source-system confirmations trigger new events, which feed back into Intake, completing the loop.
  </Step>
</Steps>
