# Finance & RevOps AI Workbench: Twin and Domain Proposals

> How Twin operates inside Finance and RevOps: assembling financial dossiers, proposing bookings, drafting forecasts, and delegating revenue tasks.

In Finance and RevOps, Twin serves as the personal AI operator for RevOps leads, Finance analysts, and CFO review. It does not make unilateral financial decisions, but it assembles context, surfaces anomalies, proposes next steps, and drafts content for human review.

What Twin does here:

* **Assembly**: when a renewal approaches, Twin gathers contract history, usage trends, payment record, and CRM opportunity into a dossier.
* **Proposals**: Twin recommends booking actions, revenue recognition adjustments, or reconciliation matches based on policy and historical patterns.
* **Drafts**: Twin drafts forecast commentaries, variance explanations, and board update summaries from source data.
* **Delegations**: Twin routes close tasks, renewal follow-ups, and reconciliation items to the right analyst with full context.

Concrete examples:

* An invoice is 30 days past due. Twin surfaces the customer, contract status, payment history, and CRM engagement, then proposes a dunning sequence and routes it to the collections analyst.
* The monthly close is approaching. Twin assembles unreconciled transactions, flags high-value items, and drafts a close checklist prioritized by risk.
* A forecast revision is needed. Twin pulls pipeline changes, churn signals, and expansion bookings, then drafts a revised projection with assumption notes.

Every Twin action is a capability with scope, authorization, and a receipt. It writes back to source systems only after human confirmation or under pre-authorized conditions.
