# Finance & RevOps User Path: Practitioner Journey in Spine

> The end-to-end practitioner journey through Finance and RevOps in SpineWorkspace, from entering the domain to taking action and continuing context.

The Finance and RevOps User Path is the journey a practitioner follows inside SpineWorkspace. It maps the standard human flow to the financial tasks RevOps leads, analysts, and the CFO perform daily.

    Open the Finance and RevOps domain from the Spine workspace selector. Your continuity context restores the last session, including pinned dashboards and draft forecasts.

  <Step title="Discover">
    Scan the Inbox and key views for what changed: close tasks, renewal alerts, or reconciliation exceptions. Twin highlights the highest-priority items first.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Understand">
    Open a record to see the contextual dossier. For a renewal, this includes contract history, usage trends, payment record, and linked opportunities. For a reconciliation item, see the payment, invoice, and suggested match.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Contextualize">
    Add notes, adjust assumptions, or attach evidence before deciding. The dossier aggregates data from Stripe, Salesforce, QuickBooks, and NetSuite without switching tools.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Decide">
    Choose an action: book revenue, approve a renewal adjustment, match a transaction, or escalate an exception. Twin proposes the recommended path based on policy and precedent.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Act">
    Execute the governed capability. The system resolves authorization, checks scope, and writes the result to the source system with a receipt.

    Confirm the outcome in the workbench. The view updates automatically as the Spine Fabric processes the source-system event.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Continue">
    Leave continuity markers for your next session or hand off to a colleague. Context, notes, and pending tasks persist across sessions.
