# Founder Ops AI Flow: Twin Reasoning for Leadership Work

> The full AI reasoning flow in Founder Ops: observe, assemble executive context, reason, discover, delegate, collaborate, decide, act, and continue.

Twin follows the standard Spine AI flow and adapts it for leadership work. Every step increases context quality and narrows the space of possible actions until a capability executes or a decision is handed to a human.

    Twin monitors Gmail, Calendar, Slack, Notion, and Salesforce for new meetings, messages, metric changes, and commitments.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Orient">
    It maps each signal to entities (Decision, Meeting, Commitment, KeyMetric) and identifies urgency, source, and owner context.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Context Assembly">
    Twin loads related items: past meetings with the same attendees, open commitments, recent decisions, and relevant metrics.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Reason">
    Twin evaluates what needs attention: pending decisions, approaching commitments, metric anomalies, or missing board materials.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Discover">
    If context is missing, Twin probes for relevant emails, notes, or dashboard snapshots to complete the picture.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Delegate">
    Specialized tasks are sent to domain agents: Meeting Prep for agendas, Commitment for tracking, Board Prep for materials.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Collaborate">
    Twin exchanges context with agents and source tools to keep the executive dashboard current.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Decide">
    A recommendation is surfaced: approve a draft, update a commitment, record a decision, or reschedule a review.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Act">
    You approve or override. Spine executes the capability, writes to the source system, and generates a receipt.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Continue">
    Context persists for the next meeting, next update cycle, or next executive who opens the dashboard.
  </Step>
