# Founder Ops Business Context: Decisions, Commitments, and Events

> Founder Ops entity model with relationships, key events, and evidence sources that power executive context assembly in Spine.

The Founder Ops business context defines the entities Twin and agents reason about when preparing meetings, drafting updates, and tracking leadership work. These entities are shared across the Spine Fabric and projected into the Founder Ops domain on demand.

## Core Entities

| Commitment | Promise or deliverable tracked to completion | commitmentId, owner, dueDate, completionState |
| Meeting | Scheduled event with agenda, attendees, and follow-ups | meetingId, type, date, attendees |
| Stakeholder | Individual or group that receives updates or holds influence | stakeholderId, role, lastContact |
| Update | Shareable summary of progress, metrics, or changes | updateId, type, audience, date |
| KeyMetric | Business indicator surfaced from dashboards | metricId, value, trend, source |
| Initiative | Active project or strategic effort with milestones | initiativeId, owner, status |
| BoardItem | Material or topic prepared for board review | itemId, type, status, sessionDate |

## Relationships

* A Meeting generates many Decisions and Commitments.
* A Commitment links to a Stakeholder owner and may belong to an Initiative.
* An Update references multiple KeyMetric values and recent Decisions.
* An Initiative includes Commitments and Milestones and may produce BoardItems.

## Key Events

* **Decision Recorded**: A choice is logged with options and rationale.
* **Commitment Created**: A deliverable is added with owner and due date.
* **Meeting Scheduled**: A leadership meeting is planned with agenda and pre-reads.
* **Update Drafted**: Twin or a human drafts a stakeholder or executive update.
* **Metric Threshold Crossed**: A KeyMetric moves above or below a defined limit.

## Evidence

Evidence includes original emails from Gmail, meeting descriptions from Calendar, Notion notes, Slack thread excerpts, and Salesforce dashboard screenshots linked to metrics.
