# Founder Ops Capabilities: Governed Executive Actions

> Specific Founder Ops capabilities with authorization and receipts: decision logging, commitment updates, meeting prep, and update publishing.

Every action in the Founder Ops domain is a governed capability. Capabilities define what can be done, by whom, under what conditions, and with what evidence trail.

## Read Capabilities

| Capability | Effect | Scope |

| founder\_ops.decision.read | Read decision records and linked context | Role-authorized decisions |
| founder\_ops.commitment.read | Read commitment details and status | Owner or delegate access |
| founder\_ops.meeting.read | Read meeting details and agendas | Attendee or organizer access |
| founder\_ops.metric.read | Read KeyMetric values and trends | Role-based data access |
| founder\_ops.update.read | Read update drafts and sent records | Audience-based access |

## Write Capabilities

Each capability is enforced at execution time. Unauthorized attempts are logged and blocked.
