# Founder Ops Domain Views: Data Projections and Sources

> Founder Ops views mapped to Gmail, Calendar, Notion, Slack, and Salesforce: projection rules and how each view supports executive decision velocity.

Each view in Founder Ops is a real-time projection built from multiple executive tools. Projections assemble on demand so leadership sees a current picture without manual data collation.

| View | Purpose | Source Data | Projection Rule |
| - | - | - | - |
| Business Snapshot | Top metrics, active decisions, and open commitments | Google Calendar, Notion, Salesforce dashboards | Aggregate KeyMetric values; list open decisions and commitments by owner and due date |
| Decisions Log | Searchable record of leadership decisions | Notion, email threads, meeting notes | Index decisions by date, owner, and status; link to source meeting or thread |
| Commitments Tracker | Track what was promised and when it completes | Notion, Slack threads, email | Show commitments with due date, owner, and completion state; flag at-risk items |
| Meeting Prep | Pre-read context for upcoming meetings | Google Calendar, Notion, Gmail | Assemble agenda, relevant decisions, metrics, and related communications by attendee and topic |
| Board Prep | Materials and summaries for board sessions | Notion, Salesforce dashboards, board portals | Gather metric slides, decision summaries, and initiative updates into a review workspace |
| Stakeholder Map | Active participants and their open items | Slack, Gmail, Salesforce | List stakeholders with last update, active commitments, and decisions awaiting their input |

Each projection respects scope and authorization. Only data your role can access is included.
