# Founder Ops Human Workbench: Executive Surfaces and Daily Flow

> The executive daily workbench: dashboard, decisions log, commitments tracker, meeting prep, and the leadership review loop in Spine.

The human workbench for Founder Ops is a leadership command surface. It replaces morning tool-hopping with a single view of what matters now: active decisions, pending commitments, upcoming meetings, and metrics.

## Primary Surfaces

* **Executive Dashboard**: Top metrics, red-yellow-green health bars, open decisions, and commitment alerts.
* **Decisions Log**: Filterable list of decisions with status, owner, date, and linked meeting.
* **Commitments Tracker**: Kanban-style view of in-progress, at-risk, and done commitments.
* **Meeting Prep Panel**: Auto-assembled agendas, pre-reads, and context for upcoming meetings.

## Daily Loop

    Start the day with the Executive Dashboard. Identify decisions needing input, commitments at risk, and metric alerts.

  <Step title="Act on SwiftSolve">
    Review Twin proposals: draft an update, confirm a decision, or update a commitment status directly in context.

  <Step title="Prepare for Meetings">
    Open Meeting Prep. Confirm the agenda, review attached context, and add notes for discussion topics.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Log and Continue">
    Decisions and outcomes are recorded automatically. Context persists across sessions, so nothing is lost between meetings.

## Tabs and Tools

* **Stakeholder Map**: Active stakeholders, their last update, and open items requiring their input.
* **Board Prep Workspace**: Gathered board materials, metric charts, and decision summaries for review.
* **Draft History**: Past Twin proposals and edits for updates, meeting notes, and emails.
* **Metric Snapshot**: KeyMetric cards with current values, trends, and sources.
