# Founder Ops Spine Fabric: Executive Context Assembly

> How Spine Fabric ingests executive sources, unifies decisions and communications, and projects live Founder Ops views on demand.

The Spine Fabric continuously ingests signals from executive tools and projects them into the Founder Ops domain. A decision mentioned in an email, revisited in a meeting, and tracked in Notion appears as a single entity with full history.

## Sources

* **Gmail**: Executive emails, update threads, and commitment references.
* **Google Calendar**: Meetings, agendas, attendee lists, and scheduled reviews.
* **Notion**: Decision pages, commitment trackers, initiative notes, and board docs.
* **Slack**: Leadership channel messages, thread decisions, and informal commitments.
* **Salesforce Dashboards**: KeyMetric values for revenue, pipeline, and account health.
* **Board Portals**: Board decks, previous meeting minutes, and action items.

## Scopes

Executive data is scoped by role, initiative, meeting access, and stakeholder list. A chief of staff sees all commitments and metrics; an external board member sees only board-linked items.

## Event Sequence

1. A meeting is scheduled, an email sent, or a metric updated in a source system.
2. Spine Fabric maps the signal to the unified model (Decision, Meeting, Commitment, KeyMetric).
3. Twin and core agents identify related entities and assemble context.
4. The projection is built and rendered in the Executive Dashboard or Meeting Prep.
5. User actions update state in Spine and write back to the source system.

## Projections

A Meeting Prep projection gathers Calendar event details, linked Notion notes, recent Slack messages between attendees, and relevant KeyMetric snapshots. A Board Prep projection compiles metric decks, decision logs, and initiative summaries into a unified review workspace.
