# Founder Ops User Path: Executive Journey Through Context

> The end-to-end Founder Ops user journey in SpineWorkspace: enter, discover decisions, understand context, and act with full continuity.

The Founder Ops User Path follows the standard Spine flow and is adapted for leadership work: high decision volume, fragmented tool usage, and the need for fast context before meetings and board sessions.

    Log into SpineWorkspace and land on the Executive Dashboard showing top metrics, active decisions, and at-risk commitments.

  <Step title="Discover">
    Scan new alerts from Twin: a commitment approaching deadline, a decision pending your input, or a metric crossing a threshold.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Understand">
    Select a decision or commitment to see the full projection: linked emails, meeting summaries, Slack threads, and relevant metrics.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Contextualize">
    Twin proposes next steps: approve a decision, update a commitment, or draft a stakeholder update. You can accept or override in natural language.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Decide">
    Choose the action that best fits current priorities: update status, route to an owner, or schedule follow-up.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Act">
    Run a capability. Spine resolves authorization and executes the workflow, writing back to the source system.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review">
    View the outcome, the receipt, and any downstream impact on related commitments or stakeholder updates.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Continue">
    Your dashboard and meeting context persist across sessions, so you resume exactly where you left off.
