# HR Communication Patterns: Collaboration and Handoffs

> Understand how humans, Twin, and domain agents communicate and hand off context in the Human Resources domain.

Communication in the HR domain follows structured patterns between people, Twin, and specialized agents. Every message carries context so nothing is lost across handoffs.

## Human to Human

* Recruiters and hiring managers share candidate feedback in the workbench comment thread.
* HRBPs loop People Ops into employee change discussions with @mentions.
* Review cycle updates are broadcast to managers through in-workbench alerts.

## Human to Twin

* Practitioners ask Twin in natural language: "Where is the offer for candidate Jane Doe?" Twin assembles the answer from Greenhouse and DocuSign context.
* Practitioners approve or reject Twin proposals, which Twin records for future reasoning.

## Twin to Agent

* Twin delegates scheduling to the Scheduling Agent with full candidate and interviewer context.
* Twin asks the Compliance Agent to verify an offer against policy before presenting it for approval.

## Agent to Agent

* The Onboarding Agent notifies the Compliance Agent when a new hire policy attestation is complete.
* The Compensation Agent shares calibration data with the Triage Agent for escalation routing.

## Agent to Tool

* Agents invoke source system APIs through connectors: Greenhouse for candidate moves, DocuSign for envelope status, Workday for org changes.
