# Marketing User Flow: From Campaign Planning to Optimization

> The eight-step user path in the Marketing domain: how teams enter Spine, discover campaigns, understand funnel context, and optimize for pipeline.

The Marketing user flow mirrors how marketing teams actually plan, execute, and measure. You enter SpineWorkspace with a goal, discover the right campaigns or content assets, understand the context around performance, and take governed actions that update your marketing automation or CRM. Continuity ensures handoffs between teammates and agents are seamless.

    Open the Marketing domain from the SpineWorkspace launcher. Your last session restores the Campaign Dashboard and alert summary.

  <Step title="Discover">
    Browse active campaigns, content due for review, or AI-suggested optimization alerts. Twin surfaces underperforming spend and missed lead flow.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Understand">
    Open a campaign to see cross-channel performance, lead quality by segment, and content engagement. Attribution data is pre-assembled.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Contextualize">
    Review comparable campaigns, historical benchmarks, and audience overlap. Spine assembles similar programs from your history.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Decide">
    Determine the next best action: adjust targeting, swap creative, increase budget, or pause underperforming ads.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Act">
    Execute the action using a governed capability. For example, `campaign.ad_spend.adjust` updates the budget and logs the change.

    Confirm the outcome in the Campaign Dashboard. The receipt shows what changed, who authorized it, and where it was written.
