# Operations Views: Data Sources and Projection Rules

> Reference table of Operations domain views with their purpose, source data, and how Spine Fabric projects each into the workbench.

Operations domain views are projections assembled by Spine Fabric from multiple source systems. Each view combines entities, events, and evidence so ops practitioners can act without switching tools. The table below lists every production view, its business purpose, upstream sources, and the projection rule that governs how it is built.

### Views

| Request Queue | Surface all open requests with priority and SLA | ServiceNow, Jira, Slack | Merge tickets from ServiceNow and Jira; append Slack mentions as linked evidence; compute SLA from createdAt and category priority rule |
| Asset Inventory | Catalog assets, assignments, and refresh cycles | Google Workspace, ServiceNow, HR system | Join device records from ServiceNow with Google Workspace license assignments and HR owner data; flag refresh dates within 90 days |
| Vendor Portfolio | Track vendor risk, contracts, and recent activity | ServiceNow, Notion, Jira | Aggregate vendor records from ServiceNow, contract pages from Notion, and linked tickets from Jira; compute risk score from open issues and contract coverage |
| Approval Dashboard | Show pending approvals with delegation and escalation | ServiceNow, Google Workspace, custom policies | Load approval records from ServiceNow, enrich with Google Workspace org hierarchy for delegation, apply policy rules for auto-escalation thresholds |
| KPI Snapshot | Report operational health and efficiency | ServiceNow, Jira, Google Sheets | Sum ticket volumes, resolution times, and asset counts; normalize into weekly and monthly aggregates; flag thresholds from Sheet targets |
| Policy Registry | List active policies and their effective scopes | Notion, ServiceNow | Read policy pages from Notion, map to ServiceNow workflow rules, and surface the union with last-review timestamps |
| Process Catalog | Document repeatable processes with ownership | Notion, Jira | Pull process documentation from Notion, link to Jira ticket templates, and show last execution date |

  Projection rules are versioned. If a source schema changes, Twin flags the mismatch before the view is rebuilt.
