# Sales AI Workbench: Twin for Pipeline and Deals

> How Twin, your personal AI operator, works inside the Sales domain to assemble deal context, draft proposals, and delegate tasks to domain agents.

Twin is your AI co-pilot inside the Sales domain. It reads the same unified context you do, but acts as an operator: watching for triggers, assembling evidence, proposing next steps, and delegating to specialized agents when needed. Twin does not replace your judgment. It removes the busywork of context gathering and surface pattern recognition.

## What Twin Does in Sales

**Context Assembly:** When you open a deal, Twin pre-fetches stakeholder highlights from Gong, recent email sentiment from Gmail, and engagement trends from Outreach. You start with the full picture, not a blank page.

**Proposals:** Twin can draft follow-up emails, meeting agendas, and proposal summaries based on deal stage, product history, and past wins. You review, edit, and send.

**Alerts:** Twin surfaces deals at risk due to activity gaps, stakeholder departures, or forecast category mismatches. Each alert includes evidence and a suggested action.

**Delegations:** When a task requires a specialist, Twin routes to the right domain agent. For example, a pricing question may go to the Quote Agent; a competitive intel request to the Discovery Agent.

## Concrete Example

You open an opportunity that closes in 14 days. Twin assembles the following:

* Three Gong calls with sentiment trending positive.
* No email reply from the economic buyer in 7 days.
* A comparable deal won last quarter with similar stakeholders.
* Suggested action: send a meeting request to the buyer with a one-pager attached.
