# Sales Integrations: Source Systems for Pipeline Context

> The source systems connected to the Sales domain in SpineWorkspace and what each provides for pipeline, activity, and conversation context.

The Sales domain draws from seven primary source systems. Each connector ingests a specific type of data. Together they create the unified context that powers pipeline views, deal reviews, and AI suggestions. You manage connectors from the SpineWorkspace settings panel.

## Data Freshness

Salesforce and HubSpot sync every 5 minutes via API polling. Outreach, Gong, and Gmail sync every 15 minutes. LinkedIn and Slack sync every hour. Event-driven webhooks reduce latency for critical updates such as stage changes.

## Writeback

Governed capabilities write directly to Salesforce and HubSpot. Outreach sequences are triggered via API but managed inside Outreach. Gong remains read-only for compliance.
