# Sales Spine Fabric: Context Assembly for Revenue Teams

> How Spine Fabric ingests CRM, conversation, and engagement data to assemble unified sales context on demand for pipeline and forecast views.

Spine Fabric is the engine that builds your Sales domain context. It ingests records, events, and evidence from multiple source systems, unifies them around shared entities, and projects the resulting context into the Sales workbench. Nothing is siloed, and nothing is duplicated. Every view is assembled fresh from the source.

## Event Sequence

1. Intake polls source systems on a schedule or via webhook.
2. Load normalizes records into Spine entity schema.
3. Schema mapping links records across systems by email domain, account ID, or fuzzy name match.
4. Context assembly joins entities, events, and recent activity into a deal graph.
5. Projection renders the domain view scoped to the requesting user and their permissions.

## On-Demand Assembly

When you open a deal review, Spine does not pull from a cache. It queries the latest ingested state, assembles the account graph, enriches it with conversation highlights and engagement scores, and returns the projection in under a second.
