# Service Domain Skills: Analysis, Triage, and Resolution

> Browse the skills available in the Service domain, from case analysis and triage to drafting, SLA forecasting, and feedback management in SpineWorkspace.

Skills in the Service domain are the capabilities that Twin and domain agents apply to support work. Each skill is a repeatable competence grounded in cases, SLAs, and customer interactions.

### Analysis

* **Case Clustering** — identifies groups of related cases by topic, product, or error pattern.
* **Root Cause Suggestion** — surfaces likely causes based on case content and known issue patterns.
* **Sentiment Scoring** — evaluates customer tone across interactions to flag frustration or satisfaction.

### Triage

* **Priority Scoring** — ranks cases by urgency, customer tier, SLA risk, and topic.
* **Queue Balancing** — recommends case assignments to keep workloads even and SLA targets on track.
* **Escalation Readiness** — checks whether a case meets tier rules before routing upward.

### Drafting

* **Reply Draft** — generates a first-pass response from case details and customer history.
* **Internal Note** — writes a structured case note for the next agent or manager.
* **Resolution Summary** — drafts a closure summary linked to the knowledge base.

### Forecasting

* **SLA Breach Prediction** — forecasts which cases are likely to breach based on current queue depth and progress.
* **Volume Forecast** — predicts incoming case volume for staffing decisions.

### Feedback

* **CSAT Trend Analysis** — tracks satisfaction scores over time and surfaces drivers.
* **Negative Feedback Routing** — routes low scores to managers for follow-up.
