# Service User Path: Enter to Continue Across Support Work

> Follow the Service User Path from entering the workbench through discovery, contextualization, decision, action, and continuity in support workflows.

The Service User Path describes how a support practitioner moves through SpineWorkspace to resolve cases. It preserves context across every step so no detail is lost between shifts, handoffs, or tools.

    Log into SpineWorkspace and land in the Service Human Workbench. Your queue, SLA alerts, and open cases are restored.

  <Step title="Discover">
    Scan the **Case Queue**, SLA Dashboard, or notifications to find what needs attention now.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Understand">
    Open a case to see the full story: customer history, prior interactions, linked articles, and SLA terms.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Contextualize">
    Twin surfaces related cases, known solutions, and relevant policy so you can respond with full context.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Decide">
    Choose the next action: reply, call, schedule, resolve, or escalate. Each is a governed capability.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Act">
    Execute the capability. Spine routes it, captures authorization, and updates the source system.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review">
    Confirm the outcome in the case record. Verify receipts and SLA status.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Continue">
    Context persists. The next agent or shift picks up exactly where you left off.
  </Step>
