# Support Integrations: Connected Source Systems

> Source systems feeding the Support domain and what each provides: tickets, incidents, errors, messaging, and escalation data.

The Support domain integrates with the systems your team already uses. Spine reads from these tools, writes outcomes back, and keeps context unified without requiring migration.

| System | What It Provides | What Spine Writes Back |
| - | - | - |
| Zendesk | Tickets, macros, SLA policies, customer data | Ticket updates, replies, status changes |
| Intercom | Conversations, customer records, tickets | Replies, status, assignment |
| Freshdesk | Tickets, contacts, SLAs | Ticket fields, replies |
| Slack | Thread references, incident channels, alerts | Notifications, status updates via bot |
| Linear / Jira | Engineering issues created from escalations | Issue descriptions, linked references |
| Sentry | Error events, stack traces, affected releases | Event links and references on tickets |
| PagerDuty | On-call schedules, incident pages, escalation policies | Incident status updates and acknowledgments |

Each integration uses a connector with scoped credentials and read/write permissions defined by your governance policy. Data is normalized into the unified model so views remain consistent even when sources change.
