# Technical Account Success AI Workbench: Twin for TAMs

> How Twin assembles technical context, drafts architecture guidance, monitors integration health, and manages delegations in Technical Account Success.

The Technical Account Success AI Workbench is where Twin accelerates TAM work by assembling fragmented technical context into actionable proposals. Twin reduces the time TAMs spend aggregating data from monitoring, ticketing, and code systems.

## Context Assembly

When you open a technical account, Twin pulls together the full technical narrative from Spine Fabric: recent monitoring alerts, API error trends, integration health, open issues, implementation status, and architecture documentation. Instead of checking Datadog, Zendesk, GitHub, and Jira separately, you receive a synthesized technical timeline with highlighted anomalies.

## Proposal Generation

* **Architecture Guidance:** Twin drafts architecture recommendations based on current stack inventory, known limitations, and platform best practices. It flags deprecated patterns and compatibility concerns.
* **Health Analysis:** Twin surfaces accounts with deteriorating technical health and proposes specific interventions: integration remediation, API optimization, or debt prioritization.
* **Implementation Planning:** Twin suggests milestone sequencing based on similar implementations, flags common blockers, and drafts status updates for customer communication.

## Delegation Management

Twin routes technical tasks to the appropriate agents or collaborators:

* Integration failures are delegated to the Integration Agent for root cause analysis
* Architecture reviews are scheduled with the Architecture Agent for assessment preparation
* Technical escalations are routed to the Escalation Agent for severity scoring and engineering coordination
