# Technical Account Success Domain: Model and Responsibilities

> Operating model, team responsibilities, success metrics, and explicit non-goals for Technical Account Success within SpineWorkspace.

The Technical Account Success domain in SpineWorkspace serves teams responsible for the technical health and implementation excellence of customer accounts. This projection supports Technical Account Managers, solutions engineers, and support engineering with unified technical context.

## Operating Model

Technical Account Success operates on a proactive technical stewardship model. Each TAM owns a portfolio of accounts and is accountable for implementation outcomes, integration reliability, architecture soundness, and technical health trends. The domain aggregates data from monitoring systems, ticketing platforms, code repositories, and project trackers so TAMs can assess technical state without assembling reports manually.

## Responsibilities

* Lead and track customer implementations from kickoff through production validation
* Monitor integration health, API usage patterns, and technical error rates
* Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on best practices
* Manage technical escalations with engineering and coordinate resolution
* Identify and document technical debt with remediation roadmaps
* Validate onboarding completeness and time to technical value
* Maintain technical relationship maps and stakeholder communication

## Key Performance Indicators

* Implementation on-time completion rate against milestones
* Integration uptime and error rate trends
* Technical health score average and distribution
* Technical escalation mean time to resolution
* Architecture review completion and recommendation adoption
* API usage growth and quota utilization
* Technical debt item closure rate

## Non-Goals

* Technical Account Success does not write production code or ship product features
* It does not replace first-line support; it escalates and coordinates complex technical issues
* It does not own account commercial outcomes; that belongs to Account Success
* It does not manage infrastructure operations for the platform itself
