# Technical Account Success Integrations: Source Systems

> The source systems feeding monitoring, ticketing, code, and project data into the Technical Account Success domain.

The Technical Account Success domain draws data from six primary source systems. Each integration is managed through Spine Fabric connectors that normalize technical entities, handle authentication, and maintain data freshness.

| System | Integration Type | Data Provided | Update Frequency |
| - | - | - | - |
| Salesforce | Bidirectional | Technical accounts, contacts, implementation records | Real-time webhook + hourly sync |
| Zendesk | Read with write-back | Technical support tickets, escalation history | Real-time webhook |
| Datadog | Read | Monitoring metrics, alerts, uptime, error rates | Real-time streaming + API |
| GitHub | Read | Repositories, deployment status, technical debt issues | Real-time webhook |
| Jira | Bidirectional | Implementation projects, milestones, architecture tasks | Real-time webhook + hourly sync |
| API Gateway | Event stream | Request logs, error rates, latency, quota usage | Real-time event stream |

## Data Mapping

Salesforce technical accounts unify with Jira projects and Datadog tags under the Spine `TechnicalAccount` entity. GitHub repositories link to implementations and deployments. Zendesk tickets and Jira issues merge into the `TechnicalIssue` entity with severity and status normalization.

## Event Streaming

Monitoring and API data flow through real-time event streams. Datadog alerts, API gateway logs, and deployment events power health score computation, integration status views, and escalation triggers. Events are normalized to a common schema.

## Write-Back

Technical Account Success writes back to source systems through governed capabilities. Milestone updates flow to Jira. Tickets sync to Zendesk. Architecture documentation updates flow to documentation stores. Every write-back produces a receipt.
