Spine Fabric assembles the Account Success domain by ingesting data from multiple source systems, unifying entities and events, and projecting domain-specific views on demand. This ensures CSMs always work with current, consistent context.

Source Systems

Scopes

Account Success scopes define the boundaries of context assembly:
  • Portfolio scope: All accounts owned by a CSM or team
  • Account scope: Single account with full entity graph and timeline
  • Health scope: Computed signals across usage, engagement, and support
  • Renewal scope: Contracts approaching end date with opportunity context
  • Interaction scope: Tickets, meetings, emails, and notes related to an account

Event Sequence

  1. Source systems emit change events (record update, new ticket, usage spike)
  2. Spine Fabric normalizes events into the unified entity graph
  3. Domain rules evaluate HealthScore, renewal proximity, and risk signals
  4. Relevant views are marked for refresh in the Account Success projection
  5. Twin and agents receive updated context for proposal and action

Projections

Projections are not caches. They are live queries over the unified graph filtered by domain scope. When a CSM opens the Renewals Pipeline, Spine Fabric computes the view from current contract, opportunity, and health data in real time.
