Communication in the Sales domain spans five patterns. Each channel has a specific purpose and carries structured or unstructured context. Spine Fabric routes messages so the right participant gets the right information at the right time.

Patterns

Human to Human: AEs share deal context with managers during forecast calls. SDRs pass qualified leads to AEs with enrichment notes. All context lives in Spine, so handoffs are complete and auditable. Human to Twin: You ask Twin for a deal summary, a draft email, or a forecast explanation. Twin responds with assembled context and proposed actions. Every request is scoped to your permissions. Twin to Agent: Twin delegates specialized tasks to domain agents. For example, Twin sends a deal ID to the Competitive Agent and receives a battlecard recommendation. Agent to Agent: The Forecast Agent may request data quality checks from the Schema Agent before surfacing a category mismatch alert to a manager. Agent to Tool: Agents invoke capabilities through connectors. The Quote Agent calls crm.quote.create in Salesforce and receives a confirmation receipt.

Context Preservation

Every message carries continuity tokens. When an AE hands off to a manager, or Twin delegates to an agent, the full context graph travels with the request. No one starts cold.
