The AI Workbench for Operations is where Twin acts as your personal AI operator. It watches the same queues and dashboards you do, but it can also assemble cross-system context, propose resolutions, draft vendor communications, and delegate fulfillment steps to domain agents.
What Twin Does in Operations
- Triage assembly — When a request arrives, Twin gathers the submitter history, linked asset, vendor status, and policy rules into a single summary card so you can decide in seconds.
- Proposal generation — For common request types, Twin drafts a recommended resolution path: assign to a queue, request approval, or trigger a standard process.
- Drafting — Twin writes vendor inquiry emails, asset transfer memos, and status update messages. You review and send, or edit inline.
- Delegation — Twin can hand off well-scoped steps to domain agents: updating an asset record, checking a contract end date, or routing an approval to the right manager.
- KPI alerting — Twin monitors metric thresholds and alerts you with assembled context when a KPI crosses its limit, including root-candidate tickets or assets.
Example
A facilities request comes in for a new monitor. Twin assembles:
- The requester profile and department
- Current asset inventory for monitors in that location
- Vendor catalog and last purchase price
- Policy rule for hardware refresh eligibility
- Draft procurement request with pre-filled fields
You review the draft, approve the capability, and the workflow executes.
Twin never executes write capabilities without human approval unless the policy explicitly permits auto-execution for that request category.
