The Technical Account Success Human Workbench is the daily surface for Technical Account Managers to manage implementations, monitor technical health, and coordinate technical activities. It is a projection of Spine Fabric context assembled around the TAM workflow.
1

Portfolio Scan

Start in the Implementation Portfolio view. Review active implementations, milestone status, and blocked items across your technical accounts. Overdue milestones and flagged risks surface automatically.
2

Health Review

Switch to the Technical Health tab. Review computed health scores with component breakdowns: integration uptime, API error rates, latency trends, and known debt items. Investigate any account with declining scores.
3

Integration Monitoring

Check the Integration Status view for real-time health of connected systems. Review error logs, latency spikes, and configuration drift. Triage alerts by severity and customer impact.
4

Architecture Preparation

Use the Architecture Reviews tab to prepare upcoming assessments. Review current system documentation, prior recommendations, and recent changes that may affect architecture scoring.
5

Issue Coordination

Update technical issues, coordinate with engineering on escalations, and document resolution steps. Log all activities in the account context for team visibility and continuity.
