Business Operations Communication: Interaction Patterns
How humans, Twin, and agents communicate in Business Operations: patterns for handoffs, approvals, and multi-agent collaboration.
Communication in Business Operations follows structured interaction patterns among humans, Twin, agents, and tools. Every exchange is logged as an event with provenance and receipt.
Human to Human:
BizOps leads and analysts collaborate through shared dossiers, task assignments, and comments inside SpineWorkspace. When one analyst flags a vendor risk, the lead sees the full context including contract history and recommended actions without switching tools.
Human to Twin:
Practitioners ask Twin for summaries, request dossier assembly, confirm proposals, or delegate tasks. Twin responds with grounded answers and asks clarifying questions when scope is ambiguous.
Twin to Agent:
Twin delegates specialized tasks to Domain Agents with full context. For example, Twin sends a vendor renewal dossier to the Vendor Agent, which returns a risk assessment and recommended checklist.
Agent to Agent:
Agents coordinate over Spine events. The Process Agent detects a bottleneck and emits an event. The Triage Agent scores it, Twin assembles context for the lead, and the Approval Agent handles the resulting policy exception.
Agent to Tool:
Agents invoke capabilities through connectors to read from or write to Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, Linear, HRIS, and ERP. Every tool invocation is authorized, scoped, and receipted.
