The Content User Path describes how a practitioner moves through SpineWorkspace to complete content work. It preserves context across every step so nothing is lost between sessions or handoffs.
1

Enter

Log into SpineWorkspace and land in the Content Human Workbench. Your last view, open drafts, and pending reviews are restored automatically.
2

Discover

Browse the Editorial Calendar, Content Pipeline, or notifications to find what needs attention today.
3

Understand

Open an article or asset to see its full context: history, versions, comments, related topics, and linked campaigns.
4

Contextualize

Twin surfaces related knowledge, prior versions, and campaign goals so you can write or edit with full context.
5

Decide

Choose the next action: draft, request review, approve, schedule, or publish. Each option is a governed capability.
6

Act

Execute the capability. Spine routes the request, captures authorization, and updates the source system.
7

Review

Confirm the outcome in the Publication Queue or Knowledge Base. Verify receipts and state changes.
8

Continue

Context persists. Return later or hand off to another author with full continuity.
