- Human to Human: You send emails and Slack messages. Spine links these threads to related tasks and meetings so context is preserved.
- Human to Twin: You ask Twin for daily briefs, draft replies, or request context on a commitment. Twin responds with assembled evidence and proposes next steps.
- Twin to Agent: Twin delegates calendar conflicts to the Scheduling agent and habit tracking to the Habits agent. Each agent reports back to Twin.
- Agent to Agent: The Triage agent may request context from the Discovery agent to connect a new email to an existing task. The Commitments agent may ask the Scheduling agent to reserve a block for a follow-up.
- Agent to Tool: Agents execute capabilities against your connected accounts. The Scheduling agent updates Google Calendar; the Commitments agent marks a task complete in Notion.
