Human to Human
- Handoffs: When a commitment or decision transfers from one executive to another, Spine carries full context: history, Twin proposals, and linked meetings. The next owner starts with everything visible.
- Executive Notes: Chiefs of staff and EAs leave linked notes in Notion or Slack that appear in the workbench as part of the entity projection.
- Shift in Focus: Between meetings, context persists so executives return to the same dashboard state, decisions, and commitments.
Human to Twin
- Natural Language Instructions: You override Twin proposals with commands such as “draft a shorter update focused on metrics only.”
- Approval and Rejection: Approve or reject drafts, meeting agendas, and commitment updates before execution.
Twin to Agent
- Delegation Messages: Twin sends structured tasks to Commitment, Meeting Prep, or Board Prep agents with entity context and expected outputs.
- Status Updates: Agents return progress to Twin, which updates the dashboard and surfaces alerts if action is needed.
Agent to Agent
- Discovery to Schema: When Discovery detects a new Notion property for decisions, it instructs Schema to update the mapping.
- Triage to Commitment: If Triage detects a new promise in a meeting note, it instructs Commitment Agent to create and track it.
Agent to Tool
- Gmail / Calendar: Meeting Prep sends calendar invites with updated agendas; Twin drafts emails for executive review.
- Notion: Board Prep writes board summaries by appending structured blocks to board pages.
- Slack: Commitment Agent notifies stakeholders of status changes via direct messages or channel posts.
