The AI Flow is how Twin moves from sensing a change to completing or proposing a governed action in Operations. It mirrors the OODA loop but adds context assembly, delegation, and continuity so every step is traceable.
1

Observe

Twin detects a new event: a ServiceNow ticket, a Slack mention, an asset threshold alert, or a scheduled KPI scan.
2

Orient

Twin classifies the event against known request categories, asset types, vendor risk tiers, and policy rules.
3

Context Assembly

Spine Fabric pulls the submitter profile, related tickets, asset history, vendor record, policy text, and open approvals into a unified entity graph.
4

Reason

Twin evaluates possible paths: resolve directly, request more info, route for approval, escalate, or draft a proposal for the human.
5

Discover

Twin searches for similar past requests, documented resolutions, and active process templates to ground its recommendation.
6

Delegate

Twin assigns scoped subtasks to domain agents: fetch a contract date, compute an asset refresh window, or check approval delegation rules.
7

Collaborate

Twin presents findings to the human practitioner, highlighting options, risks, and the confidence level for each recommendation.
8

Decide

The practitioner confirms, overrides, or rejects the recommendation. The decision is recorded as a receipt.
9

Act

Twin invokes the selected capability: update a ticket, create an approval, modify an asset record, or trigger a procurement workflow.
10

Continue

Continuity preserves the session state, notes, and open items so the next person or agent resumes with full context.
During Collaborate, you can ask Twin to explain its reasoning or surface alternative paths by requesting “show me other options.”
