Spine Fabric assembles the Technical Account Success domain by ingesting technical data from multiple source systems, unifying entities and events, and projecting domain-specific views on demand. This ensures TAMs always work with current, consistent technical context.

Source Systems

Scopes

Technical Account Success scopes define context assembly boundaries:
  • Portfolio scope: All technical accounts owned by a TAM or team
  • Account scope: Single account with architecture, integrations, and issue history
  • Health scope: Computed signals across monitoring, APIs, and integrations
  • Implementation scope: Active projects with milestones, blockers, and dependencies
  • Integration scope: Connected systems with health, version, and configuration data

Event Sequence

  1. Monitoring systems emit metric and alert events
  2. Spine Fabric normalizes events into the unified entity graph
  3. Domain rules evaluate health scores, integration status, and milestone triggers
  4. Technical views are refreshed: health, integrations, implementations, escalations
  5. Twin and agents receive updated context for proposal and action

Projections

Projections are live queries over the unified graph. When a TAM opens the Integration Status view, Spine Fabric computes current health from monitoring and API data in real time. No stale snapshot is served.
