The Content Human Workbench is the primary surface where practitioners spend their time. It provides a unified view of the editorial calendar, content pipeline, and the current items that need attention, all without switching between CMS tabs and shared drives.

Primary Surfaces

  • Editorial Calendar — a time-based view of upcoming deadlines, campaign milestones, and publication dates.
  • Content Pipeline — a board or list of articles in each stage: draft, in review, approved, scheduled, published.
  • Publication Queue — a focused list of approved items ready to go live or recently released.
  • Knowledge Base — a browsable, searchable view of published articles and topics.
  • Asset Library — thumbnails and metadata for reusable images, videos, and files.
