The Business Operations domain requires a specific skill set that Twin and its agents exercise through governed capabilities. Each skill is grounded in real data from the Spine Fabric. Analysis:
  • Process health analysis: compute SLA adherence, bottleneck frequency, and throughput from workflow state transitions.
  • Vendor risk analysis: evaluate spend trends, contract coverage, and external signals to produce a risk score.
  • Approval pattern analysis: identify repeat requesters, common exceptions, and decision latency drivers.
Drafting:
  • Policy update drafting: propose language changes based on new regulations or operational gaps.
  • Vendor summary drafting: compile contract status, spend, and risk into a brief for stakeholders.
  • OKR status drafting: synthesize initiative progress and confidence into a concise update.
Review:
  • Policy compliance review: check approval requests against current policy version and flag deviations.
  • Contract review preparation: gather related vendor performance, prior amendments, and renewal options.
  • Exception request review: compare new exceptions to historical precedents and recommend accept or modify.
Forecasting:
  • Approval volume forecast: predict upcoming load based on historical patterns and scheduled initiatives.
  • Vendor renewal pipeline: forecast renewals needing attention in the next quarter by term and value.
  • OKR trajectory forecast: estimate completion likelihood based on current velocity and blocker density.
