The Technical Account Success System Flow describes how Spine Fabric processes technical source data and delivers domain-specific context to TAMs. This is the System Path adapted for technical customer management.
1

Intake

Data arrives from Salesforce, Zendesk, Datadog, GitHub, Jira, and API gateways through webhooks, API polling, and real-time event streams.
2

Load

Raw records are ingested into Spine Fabric staging. Authentication verified, rate limits respected, payload structure validated. Monitoring payloads are parsed for metric types and dimensions.
3

Normalize

Source-specific formats convert to Spine canonical entities. A Salesforce technical account, Jira project, and Datadog-tagged monitor resolve into a unified TechnicalAccount entity.
4

Schema Mapping

Field mappings transform source attributes into Spine properties. Ticket priorities, alert severities, and deployment statuses use standardized vocabularies.
5

Context Assembly

Technical entities and events are linked into graphs. An account connects to its architecture, integrations, issues, API usage, and deployments.
6

Projection

Domain views computed on demand. Implementation portfolio, technical health, integration status, and architecture reviews filter and aggregate by Technical Account Success rules.
7

OODA

Health scores, integration alerts, and milestone signals evaluated by domain agents. Orientation rules classify alerts by severity, environment, and customer impact.
8

Governance

Data quality checks, authorization validation, audit logging ensure projections and actions meet policy.
9

Execution

Governed capabilities write back. Jira milestones updated, Zendesk tickets created, documentation amended.
10

State Update

Entity states updated in Spine Fabric. Event logs, receipts, and continuity records persist for the next cycle.
