The Founder Ops domain serves founders and leadership teams who make fast decisions, manage stakeholder expectations, and coordinate across multiple tools. It is a projection of the shared Spine Fabric: all decisions, commitments, and communications live in unified context.

Operating Model

Founder Ops follows a decide fast, commit clearly, communicate often model. Meetings produce recorded decisions, commitments are tracked to completion, and updates are drafted by Twin for review before sending. The team reviews metrics and decisions weekly.

Responsibilities

  • Record and track leadership decisions with full context and owner assignment.
  • Manage commitments to completion: what was promised, when, and by whom.
  • Prepare meetings and board sessions with relevant context assembled in advance.
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders, investors, and board members on schedule.
  • Review business metrics and health indicators during recurring leadership workflows.

KPIs

  • Decision Cycle Time: Median time from topic emergence to recorded decision.
  • Commitment Completion Rate: Percentage of commitments closed on or before target date.
  • Meeting Preparedness: Percentage of meetings with full pre-read context assembled before start time.
  • Update Frequency: Number of scheduled updates completed and sent per period.
  • Board Cycle Efficiency: Time to compile and approve board materials before each session.

Non-Goals

  • Founder Ops does not replace your CRM, calendar, or document tools. It orchestrates context from them.
  • It does not perform accounting, legal review, or contract management.
  • It is not a standalone board portal. Materials are projected from connected tools for preparation.
