The Business Operations User Path is the journey a practitioner follows inside SpineWorkspace. It maps the standard human flow to the operational tasks BizOps leads and analysts perform daily.
1

Enter

Open the Business Operations domain from the Spine workspace selector. Your continuity context restores the last session, including pinned initiatives and draft approvals.
2

Discover

Scan the Inbox and key views for what changed: new approvals, vendor alerts, or initiative blockers. Twin highlights the highest-priority items first.
3

Understand

Open a record to see the contextual dossier. For a vendor, this includes contracts, spend, risk score, and linked approvals. For an approval, see the requester, policy, and relevant precedent.
4

Contextualize

Add notes, attach evidence, or refine the scope before deciding. The dossier aggregates data from Google Workspace, Asana, Notion, and ERP without switching tools.
5

Decide

Choose an action: approve, request changes, escalate, or schedule follow-up. Twin proposes the recommended path based on policy and precedent.
6

Act

Execute the governed capability. The system resolves authorization, checks scope, and writes the result to the source system with a receipt.
7

Review

Confirm the outcome in the workbench. The view updates automatically as the Spine Fabric processes the source-system event.
8

Continue

Leave continuity markers for your next session or hand off to a colleague. Context, notes, and pending tasks persist across sessions.
